700 dwellings are planned in an area off Brook Lane towards Lockswood Road in Warsash

Due to its attractive location by the River Hamble, and land made available when the old nurseries and strawberry fields were no longer viable, Warsash has seen extensive development over the last five years, with all the major players adding to their development portfolios.

The ability of the infrastructure to be able to cater for yet more housing, traffic congestion and damage to the character of the village, are concerns being voiced by local residents.
